Hostel rules

1. Hostel is opened from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. If you plan come back to hostel at night time you should notify receptionist in advance.
2. Check-in time 1 p.m., check-out time 12 p.m.(midday) Reception works day and night. In case there are free places it is possible to check-in earlier without extra pay.
3. You should pay when check-in one-time for the whole period of residence. Payment is confirmed with security form or sales check and issued immediately on the day of arrival.
4. We do not rent rooms on hours.
5. Check-in is possible only with passport or substituting document. Children under 14 years old are accepted only with a birth certificate and should be accompanied by an adult. Young people from 14 to 18 years old can check-in on their own only if they have a notarized letter of attorney from both parents, which allows them an independent living.
6. We refuse guests who are in a state of toxic, alcoholic or narcotic intoxication.
7. Administration of hostel reserves the right in case there are free places to add guests in the room regardless of age and sex according to the room type.
8. Bringing strangers in the room is prohibited.
9. Make noise and disturb other guests from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. is prohibited.
10. Bed linen is changed once a week. Wet cleaning - daily from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
11. Administration is not responsible for the safety of personal belongings leaved unattended on hostel territory (including your room). When leaving the room, close the door with a key.
12. In case guest damage or lose property of the hostel, he will have to pay its price in the amount specified by the administrator.
13. There is a self-service in hostel. Wash the dishes right after eating. Do not forget to put your food in the named package or container.
14. Those who wish to extend their stay at the hostel should inform the administrator in advance at least before 12 hours.
15. Drinking alcohol and smoking in hostel is prohibited! Fine for smoking in the room is 2000 rubles or immediate eviction without returning the amount that you paid for the period of staying.
16. For the fire safety is prohibited to use electric heaters (kettles, irons, boilers and similar electrical equipment) in the rooms.
17. Weapons, narcotics, explosives, chemical, radioactive and flammable substances are prohibited to keep in the room.
18. Staying with pets in hostel is prohibited.
19. Walking in hostel in street shoes is forbidden.
20. In case violation hostel rules administration has the right to evict the violators at any time without a refund.
21. In case of violation of hostel rules by a residence group of people responsible is a senior of the group.
22. Administration of hostel is not responsible for the operation of urban communications (electricity, water, heating).
23.  Administration has the right to choose a guest.
